Can I also wear socks in barefoot shoes?
Yes, that's entirely up to you!
Of course, the basic idea behind barefoot shoes is to wear them without socks. However, you can still enjoy all the health benefits of our shoes even with socks.
How do I care for barefoot shoes to increase their lifespan?
Regular cleaning by hand (significantly extends the lifespan) or wash at max. 40 degrees with a mild detergent and on a gentle program.
Please avoid aggressive cleaning agents as they can damage the materials.
Then simply let it air dry, but not in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as radiators. Excessive heat can also damage the materials.

Wash the shoes by hand and spin dry in the washing machine.
Is it possible to use orthopedic insoles?
Of course! If you want, you can use any insert you like. However, please order a size larger than usual so that the shoes don't become too tight.
