At Activnex, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)

The time period for deliveries consists of two periods

together:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging

ATTENTION: Due to the coronavirus, shipping service providers may experience delays!

It will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order is placed. As soon as the order has been released in our system, production will be commissioned. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure the quality and pack it.

2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 7-10 working days):

The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse it takes:

Austria 7-10 working days*
Germany 7-10 working days*
Switzerland 7-10 working days*

to get delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs and customs delays. There may be delays during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.

How much is the shipping?

We offer the following shipping rates:

1.) Free standard shipping (with tracking)

2.) Insured Premium Shipping - Insured in the event of theft/loss or damage to the package for €4.99

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as the packing & processing process of your order begins immediately after the order arrives.
